Ludos is a collection of mini-games. You don't need an account, and I don't collect or store any personal information about you on my servers. Your game progress lives only on your device.
The app shows ads through Google AdMob and offers a one-time Premium purchase through Apple. Those two services process limited data to do their jobs, described below. That's the whole story.
1 Who this applies to
This policy covers the Ludos iPhone and iPad app ("the app", "Ludos"). The app is made by Tatiana Papastylianou ("I", "me"), based in Nicosia, Cyprus.
2 Information stored on your device
Ludos keeps your game data locally on your device only — it is never uploaded to me or to any server I control. This includes:
- Your streak, coins, lives, and daily-play dates
- High scores, games played, and unlocked achievements
- Recently-played games and your Premium unlock status
- Your language preference
Because this data lives on your device, deleting the app removes it. I have no way to see it or recover it.
3 Advertising (Google AdMob)
Ludos is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. To show ads, Google may collect and process information such as a device advertising identifier, general (coarse) location, IP address, and ad-interaction data. Google uses this to deliver and measure ads and to limit repetition.
On first launch Ludos asks, through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, whether you allow tracking. If you decline, you still see ads, but they are non-personalized. You can change this any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
How Google uses advertising data is governed by Google's own policy: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.
4 Purchases (Apple)
Ludos offers a one-time Premium purchase (remove ads, unlimited lives, unlock every game). Payment is handled entirely by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Apple processes the transaction; I never see or receive your payment details. The app only records, on your device, whether Premium is active. Apple's handling of your data is covered by the Apple Privacy Policy.
5 What I do not do
- No account, sign-up, name, or email is required to play
- I run no analytics or tracking SDK of my own
- I don't sell your data — I don't have it to sell
- I don't knowingly collect data from children
6 Your rights
Because I hold no personal data about you, there is nothing on my side to access, correct, or delete. For the advertising identifier and ad data handled by Google, you can reset or limit your advertising identifier in iOS Settings, and manage tracking through the App Tracking Transparency setting above.

7 Changes
If this policy changes, I will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Ludos after a change means you accept the updated policy.
